We are looking for people who can help LeafLock show up in more places without turning every post into a hard sell. Share the products properly, create useful content, introduce the brand to the right people, and earn commission when your work drives eligible sales.

Simple rule: everyone can start as an Affiliate at 5%. Creator, Partner and Sponsored / Host tiers are earned by consistent monthly activity. If the work stops, the account can move back to the 5% Affiliate tier.
Tier 1 5%

Affiliate

Best for customers, community members and supporters who want to share LeafLock with people they already talk to.

What you do

  • Share your tracked link or code when it genuinely fits.
  • Point people toward the right products or collections.
  • Keep claims honest, simple and compliant.

Monthly minimum

No fixed posting quota. Share more, prove useful traffic or sales, and you can move up.

Tier 2 10%

Creator

For people who can help make LeafLock easier to understand through real photos, short videos, demos, reviews and product education. AI-assisted editing is fine, but AI-only promo content is not enough for this tier.

Monthly minimum

  • At least 4 useful content pieces per month, ideally one per week.
  • At least 6 story frames, short clips or repostable updates per month.
  • One detailed product tutorial can count as 2 pieces when it shows real use, clear instructions and a result.
  • Tag LeafLock and use your link/code where possible.

Good creator content

Product demos, unboxing clips, setup ideas, before-and-after storage content, growing-tool explanations, gummy mix creations, honest reviews, clean product photos and results people can actually learn from.

Tier 3 15%

Partner

For people actively helping grow LeafLock as a brand, not just posting a link. This tier is reviewed more closely because it sits near wholesale/distributor margin.

Monthly minimum

  • At least 6 useful brand actions per month.
  • At least 2 original content pieces plus regular launch support or community posting.
  • Qualified shop, stockist, event or creator introductions where possible.
  • Monthly proof links, screenshots or result notes so the activity can be reviewed fairly.

Margin rule

Partner commission applies to approved retail sales only. Wholesale orders, stockist pricing, clearance, giveaways and custom invoices are excluded.

Approval only Up to 25%

Sponsored / Host

For people offering campaign-level value, storefront placement, online placement or a serious audience partnership.

What this can include

  • Physical or online storefront hosting.
  • Agreed content deliverables or launch support.
  • Display space, community access or a campaign partnership.

Important rule

This tier is negotiated separately and is not automatic.

What we want help with

  • Instagram Reels, TikToks, Shorts and Facebook posts on a weekly rhythm.
  • Real product photos we can repost with credit.
  • Practical demos showing how products are used and what result they give.
  • Honest product reviews and customer education.
  • Local shop, stockist, event or community introductions.
  • Giveaway support, launch support and limited drop awareness.
  • Original effort. AI can help polish content, but it should not replace real footage, real photos or real experience.

How we review tiers

  • Activity is reviewed monthly.
  • Creators and Partners should submit content links, screenshots or result notes each month.
  • Inactive Creators or Partners can move back to Affiliate.
  • Strong creators can be moved up when the work is consistent.
  • Misleading claims, spam or non-compliant content can remove approval.
  • Sponsored / Host arrangements up to 25% are handled separately in writing.

Stockist, club and sponsor links

Approved stockists, clubs, sponsors and community partners can use a tracked LeafLock link even when they are not placing a wholesale order themselves.

  • If someone clicks your approved LeafLock link and buys within 14 days, that sale can be attributed to you.
  • This works well when your website, event page, club page or online store displays the LeafLock logo and sends customers to LeafLock for items you do not currently stock.
  • After 14 days, the referral window expires and the customer is treated as a normal LeafLock customer.

Referral rules

  • Use the official Collabs link or code assigned by LeafLock.
  • Do not make medical, illegal-use or exaggerated performance claims.
  • Commission applies to eligible retail sales only.
  • Wholesale orders, clearance pricing, giveaways, custom invoices and staff purchases are excluded.
  • Partner or sponsor rates are reviewed separately so they do not damage wholesale or distributor margins.
