How to Initiate a Return

1. Email info@leaflock.com.au with your order number, item details and the reason for the return request.
2. Include clear photos if the item arrived damaged, incorrect or defective.
3. Wait for our reply before sending anything back so we can confirm the correct return process.
4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the approved refund or exchange.
