Some items may not be eligible for return, including final sale items, gift cards, opened personal-use items, custom items, or products that cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and payment provider processing times may vary.

Shipping costs, duties, taxes, and return postage may be non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.
