Shipping and returns

Australian orders over $200 ship free. Orders under $200 are charged the checkout shipping rate.

Most Australian orders are sent within 3 to 6 business days from Surfers Paradise, QLD.

International delivery is not the standard offer. If checkout shows an international rate, that rate and timing apply to that order only.

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days. See the 30-day return policy for how to start a return.
